- Right of Cancellation Notice
Scope of Services
Our services include document preparation and credit education. Specifically, we will:
- Evaluate Your Credit Reports: We will review your current credit reports from the applicable credit reporting agencies to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or outdated information.
- Assist with Disputes: You will select the items you wish to dispute, and we will provide guidance on disputing any inaccurate or obsolete information on your credit reports.
- Prepare Dispute Correspondence: We will draft all necessary correspondence to dispute identified inaccuracies with the credit reporting agencies.
- Ongoing Support: You will forward any correspondence you receive from the credit reporting agencies to us, and we will assist with further follow-ups.
Our consulting, coaching, and monitoring services will be conducted via:
- In-person meetings
- Webinars
- Video conferencing
- Telephone calls
- Other communication methods during normal business hours
- Service Fees: Fees for our services are outlined in your client agreement and will be discussed prior to beginning any work.
- Cancellation Rights: You have the right to cancel this agreement for any reason within three (3) business days from the date of signing. To cancel, provide written notice as outlined in your client agreement.
